Earthquake Cabernet Sauvignon

Earthquake is produced by Michael David Winery, a family-owned California winery with deep roots in Lodi farming dating back generations. Known for producing richly styled wines with bold personality, the winery emphasizes old-vine fruit, sustainable vineyard practices, and expressive winemaking that highlights concentration and ripeness.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from carefully managed vineyards in Lodi, where warm days and abundant sunshine allow grapes to achieve full maturity and deep flavour concentration. Cooling evening breezes help maintain balance and preserve structure within the fruit.

True to the β€œEarthquake” name, the wine is crafted in an opulent, full-bodied style. Extended maceration and controlled fermentation help build depth, colour, and tannic structure, while aging in oak barrels contributes layers of vanilla, mocha, cedar, and spice. The result is a richly textured Cabernet Sauvignon with both immediate impact and aging potential.
