A 20-year-old single-cask Highland Park that pushes the distillery’s signature balance of fruit and gentle Orkney smoke into much richer territory. Matured in sherry butt #2801 and bottled at a formidable 59.7% cask strength, it layers blackberry, sultana and tangerine with honey, warming spice and soft peat. Only 632 bottles were produced.
