Glenfarclas Family Cask 2010 A25

Produced at Glenfarclas Distillery in Ballindalloch, Speyside, this 2010 vintage was distilled in 2010 and bottled on August 11, 2025, as part of the prestigious Autumn 2025 Family Casks Release (A25). Matured exclusively in First Fill Sherry Butt #531, the whisky spent approximately 15 years developing its rich character before being bottled at natural colour, non-chill filtered, and cask strength.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Inviting aromas of dried figs, raisins, dates, toasted walnuts, cinnamon, soft oak, and dark toffee unfold alongside subtle notes of orange peel and rich sherry sweetness.

Palate: Full-bodied and vibrant with layers of ripe berries, dark chocolate, caramel, marzipan, roasted nuts, baking spice, vanilla, and rich Oloroso sherry influence supported by impressive cask-strength intensity.

Finish: Long and warming with lingering notes of cocoa, raisins, honey, nutty sweetness, oak spice, and elegant sherry richness.
