Glengoyne The Legacy Series Chapter Three Highland Single Malt

The third release in Glengoyne Distillerys Legacy Series, Chapter Three is inspired by Sir Arthur John Tedder, the Exciseman stationed at Glengoyne who helped to define the rules on Scotch whisky. Matured in a combination of hand-selected refill sherry and bourbon casks, it offers aromas of bramble jam, cinnamon, vanilla, apple strudel, pear and raisins that fill the nose, complemented by notes of tarte tatin, sherry-soaked raisins, dried fruit, pineapple, dark chocolate, cream sherry and peppery spice throughout the palate.
