Glenmorangie Harrison Ford

Produced at Glenmorangie Distillery in Tain, Scotland, this limited edition was created in collaboration with acclaimed actor Harrison Ford and Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden. The partnership grew from Ford's involvement in the brand's Once Upon a Time in Scotland campaign, during which he developed a genuine appreciation for the distillery and its whiskies. Over several months, Dr. Lumsden sent whisky samples across the Atlantic, refining the final blend alongside Ford until they arrived at a whisky that reflected his palate. The final expression marries Glenmorangie's classic bourbon cask-matured whisky with a selection of whisky finished in toasted Portuguese red wine casks, creating additional structure, vibrant citrus character, and a unique mouthfeel while remaining unmistakably Glenmorangie.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Bright aromas of orange marmalade, honeysuckle, jasmine, beeswax, peach blossom, and vanilla mingle with fresh citrus zest and delicate floral notes.

Palate: Lively and silky with notes of Seville orange, lemon, grapefruit, baked bread, apricot, muscovado sugar, butter candy, and gentle oak tannins, delivering the "bite" Harrison Ford was looking for.

Finish: Long, elegant, and gently drying with lingering citrus oils, vanilla, toasted oak, soft leather, and subtle red wine tannins.
