Pol Roger Sir Winston Churchill Brut Champagne 2013

A secret composition for this incredible Winston Churchill cuvée from the Pol Roger House. Composed exclusively of grapes from the Grands Crus of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it is only made in the best vintages. 2013 is only the 20th vintage, since its creation in 1975. The vinification is done by grape variety and by cru. A champagne created in homage to Sir Winston Churchill, who appreciated in the Champagne the robustness, a beautiful structure and above all, the maturity... alike his personality ! The arial bubbles reveals a nose of beautiful freshness, with aromas of dried flowers and pepper, complemented of notes of vanilla and candied fruit. The mouth is balanced, first on citrus fruits, then it becomes greedy and bewitching, with its aromas of quince and green tea. A champagne of character. A symphony of sensations!
