Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth

Noilly Prat Extra Dry Vermouth is produced by Maison Noilly Prat in the Mediterranean port of Marseillan in southern France. The house has more than 200 years of vermouth-making heritage and remains known for its distinctive traditional production methods. Noilly Prat's dry vermouths begin with white wine, with selected wines undergoing outdoor maturation before the final vermouth is aromatized through maceration with herbs and spices. The house also retains its traditional dodinage technique, in which the botanical mixture is stirred by hand during maceration.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Fresh and aromatic with citrus peel, delicate chamomile, coriander, subtle florals, and gentle herbal notes.

Palate: Crisp and light with bitter orange, fresh herbs, coriander, delicate spice, and restrained floral sweetness, finishing considerably drier than many traditional white vermouths.

Finish: Clean and refreshing with lingering citrus, herbs, gentle bitterness, and a subtle dry spice character.
